OUR shared château projects

Milieux Property’s exclusive, proprietary shared château projects are a wonderful way to access the château market. It’s a more affordable option than full ownership, making this dream possible for more people. Not only is the up-front acquisition cost lower, but the ongoing maintenance (often quite costly) is also shared.

The shared model makes a lot of sense for those who don’t need a whole chateau to themselves, or those who don’t need the chateau all year round. In both models, waste is drastically reduced, and the chateau is lived in during much more of the year, which helps preserve these architectural wonders.
