Invest in a boutique hotel and become part owner of a fabulous establishment in a luxurious château. An experienced, professional hotelier will operate the hotel. As an investor, you’ll collect an annual return on your investment, based on the economic performance of the hotel. As a perk, you will receive a complimentary stay at the hotel for two weeks per year!

You will have the option to purchase shares in a château (this is done through a company structure known as an SCI, making selling your shares much simpler than trying to sell a share in a building). These shares will correspond to a designated amount of time of exclusive use of the château per year.
