The château will be bought in a company structure known as an “SCI” (Société Civil Immobilière).
Investors will purchase shares in the SCI (this makes selling your share much simpler than trying to sell a share in a building).
The SCI will be dividend into 25 shares.
One share will represent two weeks’ exclusive use of the château.
This permits two weeks for annual repairs.
Individual investors may purchase more than one share if they wish to have more weeks per year.
Calendar rotates 14 weeks every year ensuring a different season every year.
Cleaning and maintenance will be handled by a local property management company.
Makes owning a château affordable and accessible.
Concierge service included. Everything is taken care of so you get to enjoy the luxury of having a holiday home in France without all the work that comes with it.
As a holiday home, it will not remain empty for large portions of the year, avoiding waste.
Châteaux remain in good condition when they’re being used; conversely, they deteriorate when left empty, particularly in the colder months.
Sustainability and Preservation; help preserve France’s heritage through investing in and maintaining these architectural wonders.
Transparency: the shareholders (you) will be provided with regular updates on the condition of the château and required repairs.
